#11: Goal Setting

In episode 11, we discuss goals for the New Year. However you say it, "resolutions, "goals, or "changes", the new year is a time that many of us evaluate ourselves and identify areas of growth we would like to see moving forward. Together we discuss how and why we do this and practical ways to help each other succeed. Happy New Years from Kinship!!
