#7: Church Membership

The church can be defined in various ways . As Christians we understand the importance of being connected to a community, but what does it mean to be part of a church? What is a church? In this episode, we discuss the biblical understanding of what a church is and why defining it is equally important. Come along with us as we tackle the big--perhaps controversial, responsibility of the church.   Church Membership Resources: Matthew18:15-18, Hebrews13:17, 1 Corinthians 5:1-12, 1Tim.5:17, and Acts5:12 (to name a few) What Is a Healthy Church Member? #5: Dating (Purpose and Expectations)

In today's episode we tackle the wide world of dating . It's so wide we had to do two episodes and even then there's still so much to talk about. As married women now, we take a look at what dating was for us and how it could be for Christians. The four of us dated differently and that's ok! We all have our ideals and convictions that lead us to speak on the subject, but none of us claim to have THE answer in how to date biblically. We would all agree Christ Jesus must not be ignored and should dictate what parameters to set. It is wisdom issues such as these that make dialogue and encouragement among church women so vital to growth in every area of our lives. Hope you pass it along to your church family.
